Team (3) WOD L1: For time:

200 Double Unders
100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
200 Wall Balls (14/10)
3000M Row

One person must perform the row at all times.  Only one person can work at a time.  Once the row is done the rower may join the team, but only one person can work at a time

Team (3) WOD L2: For time:

300 Double Unders
100 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
200 Wall Balls (20/14)
3500M Row

Outstanding…

Some of the performances last night were truly outstanding.  You pushed and lived in each of those ten minutes and my hat tips to you all.  The power demonstrated and the ownership you guys had under the tension of the clock was impressive.  Watching everyone not let go until the expiration of the last second was certainly fun to watch.  This was a good week for Reebok CrossFit Back Bay, in part because everyone stepped up and delivered results.  Good work guys, that high five you feel is by me.
